I've been out of town for the last 2 days ... spending precious time with family. I was good for the most part! Scared for the weigh in tomorrow am, but I will be there bright & early to see the result! Sat. night we went out for mexican. I had chicken & shrimp fajitas - meat & cheese dip only. Oh, & a couple of chips - but not many. I think that the sodium there may hurt me though! I drank TONS of water to try & off-set the salt! Today, we had a meal @ church. This is the first time that I have had pulled pork or BBQ pork since I have been on the diet. Couldn't find it on the FS food list - what's up with that? Am I the only one that knows what pulled pork is????? Anyway, I am sure that it was the chess square that hurt me! I couldn't resist it though! ;-) To counter act my naughty lunch, I just had a yogurt & water for supper. Then there was the lack of exercise! Besides the 15 min. of home exercises (crunches, etc.) that I did Friday night, I did not exercise this weekend! Bad me! I was just so busy with family & stuff that I didn't make it a priority! Now I have joined this 50lb. Challenge & I've gotta get my butt in gear! Well, we shall see what the scales has to say about all of this in the morning ... good night!
