Most annoying thing about being in ketosis? It’s 1 am and I’m wide awake 👀 😪 I haven’t slept well in days since I’m up all night coughing ☹️ I need rest. Gonna try taking melatonin 🤷♀️

I hope you feel better, that sucks! Maybe try taking your magnesium supplement with the melatonin. I’ve been taking mine after dinner and a couple hours before bed, and I’ve been sleeping awesome lately.

When I 'water fast' I am lucky to sleep 4 hours at a time and that is with 'mega doses' of melatonin.

I plan to have a little heavy cream in chamomile tea each night to help me sleep.

I got about 3.5 hours of sleep. I haven’t had too many issues with insomnia lately so hopefully this is just part of that awkward phase. I will try taking melatonin and magnesium together. Melatonin helped a lill bit. It will help me fall asleep but won’t keep me asleep.
