Hi tryinghard! The curry was tikka paste, creamed coconut, chicken, onion, garlic and all the spices I could find (water added but chopped tomatoes are better). The cauliflower was boiled and then I added the same spices but honey and mango flavouring (I'm a big fan of savoury-sweet stuff)

@tryinghard86, welcome. No one knows you when you're new. You might consider "following" others whose journeys, goals, etc., are similar to yours or just appeal to you.
