Everyday is a new beginning. Never quit quitting any addiction (mine were cigarettes, 25 yrs or so ago, & a combination of overeating and junk food). If Ican do this...YOU CAN DO THIS! 😁You are strong and you've got this great support group to help.

I try not to worry about an exact number or the exact amount of days it will or should take me to get to a certain weight but you know how it is... If I truly stopped caring, I’d end up at 200 lbs again 😂 so I gotta obsess about it at least a lill 😜
