4 1/2 days ago I started the diet (because we started with our dinner Saturday). It's going really well. I can't say that the food is my favorite, but I am not feeling hungry all the time. So I guess that's the important thing. I have to change my mind a bit from thinking that food is entertainment and instead think that food is fuel.
We are buying a scale today, so I guess I will go ahead and track my weight. I hope eating this way really helps me to lose weight.
