I am going on my third day of "You on a diet". So far, I am doing great not veering from the plan. Most of the food I have prepared has been okay. My husband really liked the chili a lot. For me, once I lose a few pounds it will be easier to enjoy the food. I don't own a scale, but according to the drs who wrote the book the waist measurement is the most important thing to measure, so I am going to track that, and just weigh myself once a week at work.
