Yes thanks,if I didn’t let people’s negativity bother me I would have already got there but getting there is only half the journey maintainance is the bigger journey

Don’t take your eyes off the prize I’m sure other people thought the same yes although opinions aren’t the same like my sister thinks I built up muscle on shoulders a week later her daughter said I was only bone and shouldn’t lose anymore and her sister saw picture of me a year ago and said I was never that fat but it’s only mine that matters good luck to us all Yasmine 👍
