I just kinda started it last week. It's not too bad until about hour 20. It's easy to do at work though, especially if I'm busy which is usually the case at a level 1 trauma hospital. 🗡 🔫 🆎

Yes, that environment keeps you busy....unfortunately I work from my home & there is food everywhere!!
