Out drinking in a few hours normally put on 1.6kg only consolation if it is one is have to get up at 6am to go snooker tomorrow last Sunday I was on my feet for 7 hours hopefully burn off some calories

I actually put on 1.3 kg but already lost 1kg yesterday I walked 14km exercised 4 times and calorie counted and was surprised with outcome
