I guess that would work, but I'd rather count calories so I can eat whatever I want.

In the beginning I did not know about fat secret and this minus vegetables is how I lost weight

I have a little question, when you are sick and can't workout , do you eat same amount of calories? or you reduce your calories intake?

Like when u have a cold? I only got sick 1or 2 times last yr and n for less than a week long each time...I don’t believe I reduced my calories

When I take exercise breaks (no more than 2 weeks long) I don’t reduce calories either, I eat at maintenance

I took like 3-4 exercise breaks last yr.
