I’m going to watch my weight a bit because I saw my niece yesterday and she felt I shouldn’t
Lose any more weight probably because I haven’t seen her since June but I still have fat to lose I am now entering a time when I have never been this light in weight so I will be cautious 👍

I don't know your routine or current body measurements so please don't take offense when I ask this- would it be worth looking into toning up rather than focusing on dropping more pounds?

BMI 27.9 but normal about 21 still got fat around stomach,under arms and chest lose about 10 kg then start cardio is the plan not aiming for BMI though I would be too small

It can be a shock to some people when you've lost weight and they haven't seen you for quite a while but only you know how you feel and how much excess fat/weight you still want to lose. Losing weight is about you not about other people.
