Well damn! I did so well with my plating/eating yesterday but then undid all of it by indulging in FOUR glasses of wine. I intended to just have a glass while I cooked....and then.... well... there was one with dinner and two while we chatted and watched a movie. UGH! Oh well. Trying to leave that in the past and move forward with better choices today.
