Problems in the 💩 dept. 🤦🏼♀️. 6 days 😮 probably because I quit smoking cigarettes 🤷♀️. I will not lite up though. I took olive oil yesterday nothing happened. Today I got senna liquid, 6-12 hours 4 a result. We will c. Since I’m stressed w all that, I’d like to eat a whole bag of cheese puffs😕but I won’t. My no smoking app has an add craving button and then it asks if you’ve smoked then it congratulates u if u haven’t. Fat secret should have that :) so, after having said that, I will continue on my journey 🙏
