I'm okay with the scales this morning. No change, but that's okay. I did eat more calories yesterday, but I feel like I made wise choices when I was out of my comfort zone for lunch & dinner. Unfortunately, my feet are killing me today! I do not feel like working out! I have to work Mon, Tues, & Wed (12hr. shifts), so FEET DON'T FAIL ME NOW! Lunch today is @ church, so I have to make more wise choices! I can do this!
