WHAT! I cannot believe it! 😱 After a refeeding day I am weighing in the same as yesterday's.👍🤗
Maybe because I didn't eat fried food. I had sweets but sugar doesn't make me retain water.

I will next week, or this weekend🤤. Today I am cooking chicken spaghetti You can find it as Ultimate Chicken Spaghetti- Southern Bite. Less than 600 calories per portion, but I am also eating fried cornbread with it. So 😁

Probably I would be 5-8 lbs heavier if I eat fried plantains after a fasting day lol. I don't really care about the water weight but I am trying to eat not processed food after a dry fasting.

My plan is to exercise Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday fasting day, Thursday exercise 30 minutes in the evening, Exercise Friday and Saturday. Sunday off. But we supposed to go home on Thursday so I changed my routine, but my husband told me on Monday afternoon that we will have to go home next week, and as I was already mentally prepared for my fasting on Tuesday I did continue with my plan, so next week I will do the same as this one. Because I don't want to break my fast with biscuits or French Fries on Thursday .

Make one and share about your transformation 😛, and yes, it's important because I don't want to get sick, probably my stomach is too fragile after that. I am not really sure, I have watched a lot of YouTube videos about dry fasting, they say you have to be careful to break a dry fast, some people in the comments below the video say that they eat whatever they want, one of the side effects can be diarrhea jaja

One day, long time ago (last year) I broke 20 hours dry fasting with fruits and donuts 😋😁
