Danger areas - emotional eating. Or rather, when I'm trying to lose weight ... I use the emotions as an excuse to NOT eat and that is damaging to metabolism. Aggravated today so I skipped lunch. I finally made myself eat my lunch at 3pm and have entered snacks although I haven't had them. Ugh.
