Positive energy to everyone.....being more upbeat just makes for a better day...
Kept the recliner company yesterday...and rested...didn’t even say hi to the trainer...didn’t even enter the room..a complete day off..
I was shocked to see the number on the scales this morning..knew it was gonna show another loss..but figured maybe 1/2 pound..guessing since I took day off,,no inflammation..ate like I would if I was riding for the day...
Not eating after my workout/ride on zwift seems to be burning better..then having protein shake later...still an experiment in process..just observation so far...
Gonna get on trainer..and do a zwift ride I think later...still need 8.5 miles for weekly average...raised it to 65... other day..but riding 20 mile rides..in 3days..hitting it faster...
Breakfast is over..tummy is still growling...toooooo bad...burn the fat...
Welp..time todo morning chores..throw away paper plate..take supplements...make the bed..watch the weather channel...looks like storm is already in Chicago..making roads bad...north of me by 3 hours...not suppose to go from rain to snow till after lunch..gonna be another wet snow..nice by Tuesday...
