Well I am feeling great this morning. Woke early, but instead of lying there pretending to sleep, I got up. Being out and about till late yesterday, I needed to clean the kitchen and start the laundry anyway. Had my morning phone call with hubby who is still out of the country, then "moved" along to the bathroom! HOORAY! I appreciate my buddies helping me sort out fiber thoughts and goals. I did go ahead and have a fruit smoothie this morning and a Fiber One bar for snack. I guess that means I've decided to move to Phase Two. If I were doing a big weight drop, I'd stick with One, but I lost no more than I was losing on You: On a Diet, with my oatmeal and fruit. So, there ya go. You live and you learn. You try new things, and sometimes they work for you, and sometimes they don't. I think Phase Two is pretty close to You On a Diet anyway, so I'll feel pretty comfortable there. After all, 2 lbs a week is nothing to sneeze at. I am feeling wonderful. Loving myself, and life in general. I even found my exercise stretchie this morning that had been missing in action for 2 weeks, so life is good!!!
