As long as you keep logging everyday you will be fine. Seriously. Look back through your history on this site. Yes, you will 'naturally fluctuate' at times, but, you only 'gain a lot' when you disappear for days at a time :)

When you weigh every day you are going to have all sorts of minor changes - you didn't gain anything so that is great and your trend is down which is exactly what you want :)

Very true! I’m not too worried about it. I’ve seen my body do some crazy things but it usually works out in the end.

I usually gain a lot when I eat lots of fast food and cookies... which are hard things to log. And too much to log at times of extreme bingeing 😱😆

You should see my diet calendar, I have logged 5,000+ calories, a few times, that makes me feel soo embarrassed but it's what it's. 🤔
