Surprised to see such a big drop since I started my menstrual cycle yesterday. I must be really dehydrated. I think I need more salt. Time to start adding electrolytes to my water again.

Great job! I need to do the same with the electrolytes. I felt my toes wanting to cramp yesterday. 🤷🏻‍♀️
