Well,I have been on this new med, Topomax for 2 months.I FEEL GREAT !!I am sleeping better,feeling less of the daily fibro aches and pains,have improved energy AND HAVE LOST 21 POUNDS!!! Now , Don't get me wrong, I am following a strict low carb program. I take ALA 1200mg ,L-carnatine 200mg and Metformin now ,due the to diagnosis of insilin resistance.All this together IS WORKING !! I am feeling such a confidence of "this is doable" and " I CAN live like this" WHAT A RELIEF!!
