i would tend to agree with the gymshark community ....a good example is when persons attempt a new years resolution or even enter rehab only to quit after 20 to 30 days or less. just sayin'....wish you the best of results!

It's great! And the best part is, your goal can be ANYTHING. Eating healthy and exercising is a lot of people's goals but there are people pledging to read more, start new hobbies, etc!
