Day four of keto. I think I want to keep a daily log. Having these in the public is making me feel accountable for keeping on with the diet. It's an hour until I can eat. I'm hungry but not enough that it overpowers me. Actually I'm feeling so great! I haven't had any symptoms of keto flu since the night before and honestly the surprises me because I went from a very high carb diet to cold turkey less than 20 net g of carbs. And I've been pretty good about getting healthy fats and protein and drinking a ton of water, but I'm wondering if this is my boot adjusting fast or am I getting enough nutrients to just not feel most of the symptoms? This morning I was able to workout a little bit more than the day before but it still wiped me out. Hmm... I just don't know. I am expecting to be in ketosis in two weeks. Then another week or so for my body to reach maximum efficiency. Is that to quick? I don't know everything about this diet but I seem to be progressing at a good rate.
