I miss my fruit and oatmeal! If I had them, I could poo, and lose weight!!!! My body is used to a LOT more fiber than it's been getting. That's the hardest part of this induction phase. I was already off of sweets and unhealthy fats, so that was no biggy. But a girl's got to eliminate to lose!! ARGHHH!!!!

I hear ya. Aside from loving fruit and hot cereal, I was very concerned about regularity too, and I wondered if psyllium husks (from the bulk food store) or in metamucil was allowed, but I decided to cut all carbs. It's day 6 for me and I've found that the vegetable fiber - celery, bell peppers, brussel sprouts, etc. have been doing a fine job, if you know what I mean. Then again, I eat a ton of vegetables at breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. Water helps. So does a good dose of 'taboo' caffeine. Good luck :D

OI... if you are having that problem.. I highly suggest that you add in a good amount of veggies!!!! I love to have an omelet with red/yellow/orange peppers, spinach and salsa (maybe some mozzarella)! Eat some raw broccoli, peppers and cauliflower with some lite ranch or balsamic vinaigrette! YUMMY! The veggies are key to getting things "moving" and getting the much needed fiber that your body requires to do well. Keep up the great work!!

That sucks. I can attest that Metamucil caplets do the trick for a low cost. No fussy stirring of icky powder water, either.
