Ingridients :
1. A part of head, skin, and bone (split them)
2. Mixed egg
3. Salt
Cook :
1. Heat the oil until it have some bubble
2. Put an parted chicken heads to the mixed egg
3. Make them skinned by egg
4. Then put one by one of part to the heated oil
5. You can fry until the skin have a dark colour
