I'm still here...haven't been doing so well on the diet. My son's birthday is today and you know the drill- junk and more junk! His is the of first of all the family upcomming birthdays. there's one about every other week! HOpefully I'll get myself back on track before another party!! My husband has been doing well and lost about 12 pounds (mostly giving up beer!!) wish me luck. sigh.

Hang in there, Leann. Don't sweat taking a break for a birthday. I've found that good eating the rest of the week (pretty much) makes up for a day off of the diet. Just don't give it up.
