Yeah. They're pretty darn easy to over eat if you don't portion them out before munching. Probably need a scale for that.

I am not a big nut fan myself but I've read that buying them unsalted might help slow down the appetite for them. Something about the salt triggers that automatic eating thing. I wish I could remember where I read it but I am drawing a blank.
