Finally, a chance to get some Fatsecreting in!! I've been in back-to-back meetings all day, with no time to break for lunch, so this is my first opportunity to check in today.
Another 0.5lb off today, which is fantastic, because that takes me down to 10 stone something. I haven't seen 10 stone at the start of my weight for around 8 years, so I'm very excited - and starting to feel like a "normal" sized person again!!
I stuck 100% to my "low" calorie plan yesterday and did my scheduled workout. It wasn't quite as bad as Tuesday for hunger, so maybe I'm getting a bit more used to this zig-zagging business.
I'm hoping for a good weigh-in tomorrow for the first ATW challenge weigh-in! GO TRAILBLAZERS!!!
