Another workout down! I am not as sore today as I thought I would be. Yesterday was such a stressful day. All I wanted was to drink a bottle of wine and eat a tub of cookie dough. I pushed through and got through it without the extra calories.

Keep up the hard work! I feel your pain with yesterday! I rucked (army term for hiking) 12.15 miles in 3hrs 3minutes yesterday. Then, got up this morning at swam 650m 😓 hurting, but feeling better!

Thank you! Those are two of my favorite things to do! Unfortunately, our pool is closed and hiking right now isn't really an option. We have a lot of flooded streets with all this rain we have been getting all week. 😔
