Good for you. I eat black beans every day, home made, dont like canned. Got my magic Instant Pot & makes life so much easier to eat healthy. I also now make brown jasmine rice in it...so easy & delicious, no sodium unless u add it. I see some great sales coming up for Tday so may buy a second one! Just in case u have never tried...not like the pressure cookers of my moms day. I made lentil/sweet potato soup in it yest...delish! Love your combo of foods!

They go on sale for Tday, WM will have the huge one for $69 I think (8 qt, mine is 6) I found a cubby for mine, it replaces the slow sookers, other pans. I even made yogurt in it (with almond milk) next plan is my GF bread. Trying to make every inch count in my little kitchen! This is vital for me now!When & if you get one, lots of vegan recipes for it online.
