Considering it was Easter, and a holiday weekend with company, I feel pretty good that I kept to my target. I also exercised every day but Saturday, and was mindful in my eating. I am considering switching eating plans whenever I plateau. It would, hopefully, keep me losing. I have often had the problem of stalling after a few weeks,and I am so determined to lose ALL the weight this time, and KEEP IT OFF. I'm sick of doing this! I'm ready for lifetime slimness.
