Lost another lb this week. Keeping total carbs under 20. Drinking my 90 oz water/day. Trying to make good choices in carbs by having 3 cups salad or 2 cups salad and 1 cup other veggie. Eating my snacks and avoiding nuts. I have 35 more lbs to go to my goal. Hoping to lose 5 lbs by daughter's high school graduation on Jun 3. It gives me 2 weeks.
