yesterday I wore those pants I've been trying to fit into and got a compliment on them. I ended up working really long hours, in part to make up for the hurricane day Monday. I didn't have time to sit down and breathe and ended up eating fast food. But I tried to make healthy choices and I think I ate less food than usual, thus a loss. On the way home I had an unsweetened ice tea from Wendy's that left me bouncing off the walls. I don't know what was in there but I think an expresso or two would have been less stimulating. I never seem to want to learn that I have to watch out for those restaurant iced teas. Yes, bouncing off the walls is fun, but I ultimately didn't get enough sleep, and that was unfortunate. Today would normally be my day off but I am sad that I have to work some more to catch up. I am only planning on about half a day, though. Hope my buddies have a wonderful day off!
