Angelxx05x's Logboek, 16 mei 10

I did 5 workouts this week! 4 were cardio and only 1 weight workout. This week I'm going to try and do half and half. Still shooting for 5 workouts this week and I would like to run @ least 15 miles. I will run at least 15 miles.

We went grocery shopping today, so I think this will help me to eat better. This week I just really want to be focused and I'm sure I will see more results.

One day at a time....

Yeah- I figure if I set a goal, then that is something to shoot for. And that should help me. Don't get me wrong, i don't run the entire time, but I complete the distance. Maybe one day I will be able to run 15 miles non-stop :) At that point I will be marathon running. lol.
