Cb1006's Logboek, 18 sep 18

This is how you do a "double day" 🤣 got one hour of sleep. Stayed up from Sunday 1700 to midnight Monday. Fasting all day today until midnight.. Somehow stayed the same weight when I woke up this afternoon.

Almost went to the gym also.. Could have almost hit 5k for first time since I've had a tracker.

Well I'm 3rd shift got off at 730. Helped feed son when I got home. Took one hour nap before sons first vaccines/appt at 11. Met with our new nanny at 1300, and decided to cut overdue grass. Wasn't too tired until midnight finally 😴☹️😳 there was quite a bit of caffeine flowing also...

Oh, I got about 15 hours yesterday before I got to work.. Ate 0 calories so the 2 days will balance out very well. Probably will stay under calories today also.

If i'm not in bed by 10 pm I will fall asleep no matter where I am - LOL - I'm not that bad but my body/brain sure does know what time it is and they know that normal bed time is 10 pm
