I had some stuff happen that prevented me from signing in recently. I'm back though and while I haven't stayed on the diet really at all since December, I have been doing it for the past couple of days but not really keeping track of the carbs.
Food Diary: Bkfst: 2 eggs 1.2 4 pieces of Canadian bacon 3.6 1 & 1/2 Cups of coffee with splenda and h. cream 6.4
mid-morning snack: 1 string cheese 1
2 cups of mixed salad greens half a roma tomato feta cheese bacon & chicken 1 tbsp. ranch dressing 4.1
3 pieces of sugar free candy 2
Dinner: 1 chicken breast w/feta cheese 1 cup of sauteed mushrooms w/bacon 4.2
