Been eating well. Could have lots more veggies and less GF carby snacks (salty!). Getting a little more water, still not enough. Working long hours, will work Saturday morning. Packing this weekend for J's (my nephew) graduation. Hotel has mini fridge and a microwave...yipee! Taking fruit and almond milk to make my protein shakes in the morning. Salad own dressing cause I'm sure salad will be my only option on some meals. And maybe gluten free soy sauce, cause I know we are having chinese one night at J's request...I will have steamed rice, steamed veggies and some chicken....that's the plan anyway. Taking my medicine ball, 20 lb kettlebell, foam roller, sliders and maybe my small footstool to do jumps and dips with.
Worked out last night and got rid of a lot of stress. My last exercise was crunches on the ball (those inflatable ones) with the 25 lb bulgarian bag around my neck. OMG! Felt that immediately!
Off to work then chiro after. Went Monday after work. Had headache all day after Sunday workout (think I overdid it), migraine 2 a.m. that night/morning, headache all Monday, migraine Monday night, headache most of Tuesday, and went away Tuesday night. Chiro doc said my neck was bad...which is why I go back again today. So glad I'm doing this before the trip!
