Since I am starting fresh on a new diet, to heal my allergies and limit my food until it does settle down, I decided to take some aweful pictures of my belly. I am bloated and part of that is excess skin, but we can both see that I still have a good 4 to 7 pounds of belly fat to drop. Just getting to your goal weight is not enough all the time. The beef and water diet will help take care of my allergies and limit more the effects of problem food making me retain water and effecting my metabolism.
I am pretty high in protein and I am eating at maintenance which for me is around 1400 give or take 30 calories from 3 different sites for my no activity and age. I may add more when I do start working out again. I will see how much I gain or change weight over the week of eating more.
and when I started this journey I was 156, today I am 126.8. 1 1/2 pounds to goal!
I do think I wore my body out over exercising and having too low of calories for how much work I was doing. My one week exercise vacation is probably a good thing too for my mental challenge. I have an obsessive drive. So making myself relax is a hard thing. But I will manage for the week. I just have so much energy to burn!
