Yeah I know, guess who didn't journal yet again today <---This girl! lol. Whoops but rest assured, though I haven't been recording my food, I have been good =) At least today..its baby steps!

I agree - it's all about one small choice at a time. No one ever got fat from eating one meal, it's all the little decision that build up. Small steps to eating healthier and before you know it you're feeling better and lighter! We can do this!
