Oh! and I am that one guy in the gym with a Weight Belt! People 'may' forgive you for the gloves, but, I feel like practically everyone is shaking their heads at me wearing my weight belt :) :) I don't know if it is actually doing anything for me, but, I have not had my back go out since I started wearing it...
