The gym was packed! But I got in 40 reps of hip adductor at 50#, 10 reps at 30-50# of 3 chest press types of machines, and my full abb routine. Then I ran out of there lol

I absolutely hated it! Lol I am going to try to make my morning weight lifting sessions work. I’m going to try drinking protein shakes after so I can still fast the majority of the day. I bought some single serve packs from gnc
