I know a lot of this is water, because I swelled up like a balloon over the weekend (out in the hot sun - ugh). But it's still nice to see a drop on the scale. I messed up a bit and had an Atkins Endulge bar. I didn't read the fine print to see they're not to be had in Induction. Oops.
