@CrashtestDawnie - Well good thing you are too stubborn to let it make you go on an eating binge :) What works for me is humility and acceptance. I can't MAKE anyone do anything. I can only do the best I can. Life is still wonderful even if it doesn't go my way.

Also I thought about how I could make a Keto cake work into my plan along with pork rinds and sugar free chocolate ect... A reward for, well, existing (lol)(the squeals) But I Realzed it and desided that I wouldn’t have any of that at all. Gonna stick to plan 💪💪💪

Some parts of my day was cruddy yesterday. But ended much better.
This Virgo will persevere, but my Birthday is in September and seeing this steak. Made me think. I will have steak, avacado and cake. Ha ha. So excited!!!
