Girl_Illa's Logboek, 02 mrt 08

I'm sluggish this morning, but I'll do a 3 or 4 mile DVD here in about an hour. Right now, though, I feel a little time with a book is called for. Yesterday went wayyyy too fast, and I don't think I enjoyed enough of it! Walking the doggy in the mud this morning wasn't fun, either, but I'm always glad I did it.

It's amazing how being two pounds down can make me feel so empowered. I really want to have 50 off by August when we go to France. I will have so much more fun if I'm carrying a lighter load!

Yes! Two pounds is empowering, because it shows that we do have some control over this whole process if we stick with it and play by the rules. I'm counting down to France, too - Mougins, near Nice for a friend's wedding in July. Bonne chance! Hope you are having a great Sunday!
