I'm sluggish this morning, but I'll do a 3 or 4 mile DVD here in about an hour. Right now, though, I feel a little time with a book is called for. Yesterday went wayyyy too fast, and I don't think I enjoyed enough of it! Walking the doggy in the mud this morning wasn't fun, either, but I'm always glad I did it.
It's amazing how being two pounds down can make me feel so empowered. I really want to have 50 off by August when we go to France. I will have so much more fun if I'm carrying a lighter load!
