The decrease in my appetite is shocking! I went out with friends tonight for the first time in...a very long time...and got a cup of soup. It was delicious and filling, but I only ate because I was also drinking alcohol and didn’t want it going straight to my head...lol! It’s a great feeling to be liberated from the control food used to have over me!!!
