Found my body has become much stronger from all these extra proteins I've been eating.
What I struggled to do just one of last time I did weight training 2+ weeks ago, I did ten easily yesterday.
This is not suppose to happen according to some. My body tell me a different story. If I stretch for an explanation, it could have relation to almost a year of OMAD, and now when the body is given a chance to restore muscle, it takes it.
