Went shopping, got hungry and ate almost a pound of chicken breast from a vendor there. Had a small glass bottle of goat milk with it. Came home and was buzzing with energy. Restless, I went for another bike ride. Longer route this time. Had Safire's 85 minutes in mind, so I just had to get to that amount myself today. 😛 Thinking I should maybe eat more and do more. Will try it out for the rest of this week.
