Yesterday was baaddd news diet-wise. Totally let myself go because I was drunk and it was my birthday. Luckily now my body is so upset with all the junk I ate, I don't even want to look at junk food.
Going out for brunch today with the family at a place called Calories (you know that means trouble) so I need to try and find the healthiest thing there so I don't barf.
I did have half of my friend's individual pizza from last night that he left in my fridge. Probably not the best choice, but at least it's good protein and calcium with the cheese. At least I know I have to work hard this week to maintain my current weight, or even better, lose more weight!
