Bit by bit - excited for you! Are you going to be focusing your toning on leg strength to build endurance for more aerobic activity or are you interested in the endurance in your core for breathing/abdominal control? I (personally) had to work the legs before I could get to the point where I could effect my core.

From371to184 I am nearly clueless when it comes to what to do at the gym lol! I’ve been doing a bit of work over the whole body. A few arm machines, hip and thigh abductor, and then about 15-20 minutes of mixed crunches and then some stretches
