Two hours past breakfast. Forgot about it today, and drank a lot of water before the weigh-in alarm went off. Pleased with fat%. Might be a sign that I get better readings in the new mode I set the scales to yesterday.
7/06: 78.95kg, Fat 14.3%, Muscle 64.15kg, Water 54.7%
7/07: 79.60kg, Fat 14.2%, Muscle 64.85kg, Water 55.7%
Results: Weight gain, Fat loss, Muscle gain, Water gain
